Trial Notes
Note in presbytery records on 17/3/1697 that the ministers and commissioners are to meet in Renfrew tomorrow for the trial. Trials of other witches started on 13/4/1697 but was continued until 12/5/1697 it lasted until the 19th. He was never actually tried for witchcraft. The charges were dropped due to young age.
