This letter from the King to the Lord of Lorne concerns the warrant from the Scottish Privy Council to arrest John Neill who was suspect of witchcraft. Neill had fled into England. The King's letter orders justice officials in the Northumberland to find him and send him back to Scotland for trial, to be handed over to Sir William Cockburne of Longtoune, the Sheriff of Berwick.
