A letter from Bowles to Burghley about the 1590-1 witches. He provides part of Agnes Sampsoune's confession, lists a number of people who were burnt in Haddington, says 'ane in Dalkeith', 'ane in Dumfreish' were also executed so I will count 2 unnamed witches. Because we know who the Haddington ones were.
